Terms of sale

General provisions

These terms of sale apply to purchases made on the website kerstimustrid.ee. The seller is PMK Varahaldus OÜ (VAT no EE102370706, email: info@kerstimustrid.ee, tel +372 5033 956 or +372 5354 4118). By making a purchase the customer confirms that they have read and accept these terms.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros. The final price of the product, including any delivery costs, is shown to the customer at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Placing an order and entry into force of the contract

The order is considered placed and the sales contract in force once the order has been paid for. No login is required — you can buy as a guest.

Payment

The order can be paid for using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ (bank links and payment cards). Payment methods are specified when placing the order.

Delivery

Delivery is to parcel machines. Exact delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. Some products are made to order, so delivery times may vary by product.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal procedure is described on the returns page. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. products printed to order), in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.

Non-conformity and submitting complaints

The customer has the right to submit complaints about non-conformity of the product for up to 2 years. Please send complaints to info@kerstimustrid.ee.

Dispute resolution

Disputes are settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, tarbijakaitse.ee) or the consumer disputes committee.
