14-day right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to return

• Notify us of your withdrawal by email at info@kerstimustrid.ee, including your order number.
• Send the product back via a parcel machine to the address we provide.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the same account the payment was made from. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. patterns and products printed to order), in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. For digital content (downloadable files), the right of withdrawal ends the moment downloading has begun with the customer's consent.
